Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that during peak times, such as holidays, processing may take a bit longer.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (USA): Typically 5-7 business days.

  • International: Delivery times will vary based on the destination, usually between 10-14 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain countries due to import restrictions on food and plant-based products. If you are located in a country we do not ship to, please reach out to us directly for assistance.

Packaging

We take great care in packing our products to ensure they reach you in the best condition. All products are carefully wrapped to minimize any damage during transit. We also strive to use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or full refund for any damaged products. To initiate a return, please email us at heartsongceremonialcacao@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.

Non Returnable Items

Ceremonial cacao that has been opened or consumed cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, and duties that may apply to their orders upon arrival in their country. Please check with your local customs office for more information. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues that arise once the package reaches customs in your country.
